We are seeking an experienced Bancassurance Life Insurance sales professional to lead our team and drive business growth through the bancassurance channel.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance industry, with 4–5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel.
- They must be able to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- A strong relationship builder, the successful candidate will be able to work closely with partner bank branches and their personnel to ensure high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Drive business growth through the bancassurance channel by leveraging a dedicated team.

- Must have career stability and a strong performance history.
