Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bancassurance Life Insurance sales professional to lead our team and drive business growth through the bancassurance channel.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the insurance industry, with 4–5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel.
  • They must be able to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • A strong relationship builder, the successful candidate will be able to work closely with partner bank branches and their personnel to ensure high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive business growth through the bancassurance channel by leveraging a dedicated team.
  2. Lead and manage the team to achieve sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches and their personnel.
  4. Ensure high levels of team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Team handling experience is mandatory – preferably in Bancassurance.
  • Candidates with 4–5 years of experience in the bancassurance channel and a proven track record in the insurance industry are preferred.
  • Team handling experience from Direct or Alternate channels in life insurance is also acceptable.
  • Must have career stability and a strong performance history.
  • Only candidates from the insurance background will be considered.
