Healthcare Operations Manager

At Medico Hub Connect, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administration MBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and a proven track record of success in managing hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Policies: Create and implement policies and procedures to optimize healthcare delivery, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.
- Oversee Financial Operations: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue management, to ensure the hospital's financial stability.
- Coordinate with Medical Staff: Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth and effective patient care, including developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring the hospital's reputation and patient safety.
- Lead Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the hospital's performance and competitive position, including analyzing performance metrics and preparing reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
- Supervise Administrative Staff: Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on daily operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination among various hospital departments.
- Manage Facility Maintenance: Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff, including managing crisis situations and emergency responses.
- Collaborate with External Stakeholders: Collaborate with other healthcare organizations and external stakeholders to promote mutual interests and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement Quality Improvement Programs: Implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, including analyzing performance metrics and preparing reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee Human Resources: Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to ensure the hospital's human resources needs are met.
- Participate in Strategic Decision-Making: Participate in strategic decision-making processes with the hospital's leadership team, ensuring the hospital's goals and objectives are met.
- MBA in Hospital Administration: A Master's degree in Hospital Administration or a related field is required.
- Experience in Healthcare Administration: A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management is required.
- Understanding of Healthcare Regulations: A demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is required.
- Strong Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management is required.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills are required, including the ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required, including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
- Ability to Drive Organizational Change: The ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement is required.
- Knowledge of Healthcare IT Systems: Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and their integration into hospital operations is desirable.
