- Administrative Support:
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Coordinate schedules and manage correspondence.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Office Supplies and Facilities Management:
- Manage the inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors, facility maintenance, and repairs as needed.
- Travel Desk & Event Coordination:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.
- Arrange accommodations, local transportation, and meals as necessary.
- Ensure efficient use of petty cash with required approvals.
- Assist with planning and executing company events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue booking, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Financial Administration:
- Support basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, payment processing, and expense reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration and facilities management is essential.
- Strong technical skills, including basic hardware/software troubleshooting, network administration, and cybersecurity.
