Job Title: Indirect Tax Professional

As an experienced Indirect Tax Professional, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of GST related assignments, including retainership, compliances, tax reviews, GST audit, departmental audits and scrutiny.

  • Manage complex GST technical reviews and provide advisory services to clients.
  • Prepare submissions/replies to various tax notices, draft appeals, and represent clients before revenue authorities.
  • Develop client engagement through prompt response to inquiries, issue resolution within agreed timelines, and collaboration with the support team to meet client needs.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables, both technical and non-technical.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on GST matters to clients, including insights on tax implications related to new business deals and other relevant scenarios.

Requirements:

  • CA/Lawyer with 5-6 years working experience specifically in Indirect tax domain.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently manage own workload with limited resources.
  • Excellent team player with hands-on experience in ERP packages and advanced MS Excel.
