**IT Support Specialist - SAP APO Module Expert**

This is a critical role for a seasoned IT professional with expertise in managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP APO modules to drive business excellence. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP) and have hands-on experience with incident, change, and problem management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Enhance APO Modules: Provide L2/L3 support for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP), ensuring smooth demand/supply planning, production scheduling, and order promising processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Users: Partner with business users to resolve incidents, requests, and issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Document Configurations: Document configurations, specifications, and support procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver Knowledge Transfer: Deliver knowledge transfer and training to teams and key users on APO-related topics.

Requirements:
  • SAP APO Experience: 5-7 years of SAP APO support/implementation experience.
  • Module Expertise: Expertise in at least two modules: DP, SNP, PP/DS, or gATP.
  • SAP ECC Integration: Strong understanding of SAP ECC (MM, PP, SD) integration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on with incident, change, and problem management.
  • CIF Integration: Experience with CIF integration and master data consistency.
