Job Opportunity: SAP ABAP HR Expert

Sought after is an experienced SAP ABAP HR professional to fill a critical role in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and implement efficient ABAP programs for reports, forms, and custom module development.
    • Develop expertise in HR-specific ABAP development, including payroll administration, organizational management, time management, employee self-service, and manager self-service.
    • Configure and enhance SAP HCM workflows focusing on employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment strategies.
    • Develop proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
    • Integrate SAP HR data using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP SuccessFactors integration and cloud HR solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and HR-specific development.
  • Strong understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR module configuration and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
