Expert FICO Professional

Solution Overview

We seek an experienced and talented SAP FICO expert with a proven track record in implementing, upgrading and supporting SAP FICO systems.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional consulting skills, deep technical expertise in SAP FICO, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet client financial needs.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Analyze and debug ABAP programs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, finance, business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
  • FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
