Ecommerce Strategy Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Strategy Lead to join our team at Nibodhah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategy to grow our online business from its current position, focusing on sales revenue growth from online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a plan of action for monthly growth in sales revenue from online marketplaces.
Operational Management:
  • Manage stock, cataloging, order processing, issue tickets, discounts, product price analysis, invoicing, and return management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report sales activities and trends based on data analysis of future replenishment orders, pricing updates, and products requiring potential revisions.
Portal Configuration:
  • Configure, add, remove, edit items and images to provide the most accurate representation of our products on each seller portal.
Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
Channel Expansion:
  • In charge of the general planning, marketing, promotion, customer relations, and other systematic operation of online activities, drawing and implementing operation and channel expansion plans.
Division Management:
  • Manage all aspects of the ecommerce division and oversee day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

BA/MA in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience in ecommerce strategy, operations, and management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Passion for ecommerce and online business growth.
