Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to lead our implementation and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
Tech Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
