We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Management Development Specialist to join our team. This 6-month development program is designed for high-potential graduates from top business schools who are eager to build a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Support: Provide support to the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, focusing on end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting our organization as an employer of choice, and developing critical soft skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation.
  • Recruitment Pipeline Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences, while tracking recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from a top business school.
  • Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a 'salesy' and persuasive approach.
  • Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
