Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide software asset management to include licenses, contracts, software licensing agreements, and software inventory management.
  • Support license usage modeling, optimization, and reconciliation activities.
  • Lead internal and external software licensing audits, analyze results, and provide corrective action plans to senior management.
  • Plan, monitor, and record software and/or hardware licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits and develop processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage customer and 3rd party queries on the state of assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in software asset management, preferably in a similar role.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • MCA or BSc IT degree.
