Risk Management Specialist

As a senior risk management professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our internal controls. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews of various business areas, assessing control effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive audit reviews to evaluate control efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze financial data, reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant information to ensure accurate completion of audit plans.
- Assist in investigating fraud and other irregularities as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
- Prepare and present detailed reports reflecting audit results and documenting processes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit in preparing reports for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions and identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in internal audit, preferably in the manufacturing sector. A strong working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and analytical tools is essential. Effective communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are required to communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
