We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and communicating our value proposition effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Arrange and lead business development meetings with prospective clients
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Independently manage accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities and provide regular performance updates
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely payment collection
Requirements:
- Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or industrial projects
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong business development and lead conversion skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
