Job Description:

Contract Management and Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Legal Expert to manage our contracts and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including project management agreements, design and build agreements, and maintenance contracts.
  • Managing litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders, and maintaining trackers and reports.
  • Providing strategic legal advice on corporate governance matters, including coordination with external company secretaries and counsels, auditors, and other regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited University.
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial legal practice, preferably in a corporate or multinational corporation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to understand business requirements and provide solutions.
