We are seeking a seasoned valuation professional to play a critical role in shaping our organization's future. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating and sourcing high-profile Valuation and Advisory assignments, acquiring and executing them with precision, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models that inform senior management decisions, driving strategic growth and profitability.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, including market overviews, strategy formulation, and benchmarking of comparable projects to ensure optimal project selection.
  • Execute due-diligence exercises, analyzing client competitors and preparing transaction comps for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless deal execution.
  • Provide data insights and coordinate with stakeholders for deal structuring, documentation, and land evaluation, optimizing project outcomes.
  • Undertake end-to-end deal advisory, successfully closing land and investment transactions that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Assist in negotiations, documentation, and monitoring of land acquisitions and joint ventures, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM Finance degree or equivalent
  • Certificate in Property Valuations by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant domain, with a proven track record of success
