Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to lead the lifecycle of services. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire service life cycle - from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in and improving the whole lifecycle of services
  • Supporting services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments and launch reviews
  • Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health
  • Running continuous Improvement activities that improve service availability, recovery, efficiency & performance
  • Working with team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the Service
  • Implementing metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes
  • Aligning with/improving, change management and capacity planning processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in End-to-End Performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter. Additionally, they should have expertise in Monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk etc., and Performance Engineering Activities. Devops and CI with CD skills are also mandatory.
