**Job Title:** Community Engagement Specialist

**Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Grow user engagement on the app by leveraging user-generated content creators and moderators.
  • Implement strategies to upskill and monetize content creators and moderators to ensure their long-term success.
  • Collaborate with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the ecosystem to drive engagement and growth.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and interactive environment among different speaking communities.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to work with language-specific content/creators and analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Owning projects from start to finish and driving them to successful completion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
