Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

The primary function of a Visual Communications Specialist is to craft impactful visual elements that convey the brand's message and drive engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate presentations, sales decks, brochures, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Create attention-grabbing visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and online ads that resonate with target audiences.
  • Design event branding for corporate events and partner activations that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Collaborate with developers to design website wireframes and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Produce motion graphics and simple video edits for marketing campaigns that capture viewers' attention.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and agencies to deliver innovative creative concepts that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure designs are adaptable across multiple formats and channels while maintaining consistency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro) is an asset.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse corporate, digital, and event design work.
  • Experience in website wireframing and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
