We are seeking a skilled VISUAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics. This includes developing and executing creative concepts for digital and print media, such as social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collaterals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creative Conceptualization: Develop and execute creative concepts for various mediums.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
- Custom Visuals: Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
- Design Trends: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Final Artwork: Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is a plus).
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus). Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
