Job Description

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a bank branch, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of banking professionals, monitoring transactions, and maintaining high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Administration: Ensure efficient branch operations, manage staff productivity, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cash Handling: Authorize transactions, process corporate salaries, and manage cash at the teller counters.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive business growth through cross-selling and upselling Personal Banking products, and generate leads for third-party products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: AMFI, IRDA, NCFM (optional), CAIIB (optional).
  • Skills: Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication skills.
