Job Title: Team Lead

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional performance and results. This includes day-to-day supervision, work and attendance monitoring, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise team members and ensure they are working efficiently to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching plans to improve team performance.
  • Identify performance-related issues and develop action plans to address them.
  • Ensure customer service meets contractual requirements and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely updates to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss important information and schedule activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing the team.
