Senior Digital Content Manager

We're seeking a skilled Senior Digital Content Manager to lead the development of our brand's social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand objectives and engage target audience segments.
  • Craft Content: Design compelling visual content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to capture and resonate with our audience.
  • Manage Accounts: Oversee day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and fostering engagement with followers.
  • Build Community: Foster and nurture our social media communities by creating two-way dialogues and enhancing brand loyalty through interactive content.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team and influencers to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and manage influencer relationships effectively.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and report on key social media metrics, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in content creation, strong communication skills, and familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools), and content scheduling platforms.
  • Creative Flair: Ability to think creatively and stay ahead of trends, with a keen eye for fashion and visual storytelling.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle various tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in D2C: 2-3 years managing social media for a direct-to-consumer brand, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry.
  • Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies and manage influencer relationships.
  • Content Creation: Experience in planning photo shoots and creating engaging visual content.
  • Analytics Proficiency: Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
