Job Overview:

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of proactive external facing channel engagement activities for medical social media channels.

\
  • Support the Scientific Communications team with execution and implementation of social media channel activity
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar and manage social media priorities
  • Collaborate with Medical Communications Leads to update the content calendar regularly
  • Partner internally and externally to manage medical social channels, including LinkedIn and X
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Global partners and stakeholders
  • Manage the social media agency partner to ensure the rollout of the social media calendar, posting, and paid media between the agency, Med Comms Leads, and other key stakeholders as necessary
  • Align with Corp Comms to ensure above-brand content themes and social media strategy is aligned to maximize share of voice where relevant
  • Provide regular social media analytics reporting within 2 weeks from campaign close
  • Accountable for individual achievement of specific business targets and results
  • Ensure compliant social media communications and management through ICUC
  • Report to Content Development leadership on a routine basis, including metrics insights and plans for improvement as necessary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and website management technologies, as well as experience in data analytics, data science, channel media strategy, and healthcare digital experience.
