About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative
Social Media Marketing Specialist
to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital or social media marketing who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across various platforms, monitoring performance, and supporting campaigns that strengthen our online presence and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Support paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor analytics and provide insights on campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Education:
    MBA or equivalent degree with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
