Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Finance Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and supporting taxation compliance. The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and coordination with other departments to maintain regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books.
  • Analyze MIS Reports: Prepare and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
  • Taxation Compliance: Support taxation compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
  • Finance Processes: Develop & implement SOPs to streamline finance processes.
  • Audits and Compliance: Assist in audits and statutory compliance activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant: CA Intermediate cleared or equivalent with practical accounting experience.
  • Accounting Standards: Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
