Job Overview:

A talented professional is required to lead a team responsible for creating and managing master data templates for Quality Control systems, including ELN and consumable inventory system.

This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to support global QC network goals, driving standardization of testing documentation and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing people and projects in a quality organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the QC Systems team in support of master data creation, management, and qualification
  • Collaboration with global business process owners to resolve issues encountered by the team
  • Request prioritization in alignment with QC network needs
  • Maintaining site alignment on use of QC systems and driving further standardization of testing documentation
  • Support staff training, career development, and performance management
  • Champion process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Assign workload strategically based on required interactions with sites across multiple time zones

Requirements:

  • Masters degree with 12-16 years of Pharma and Biotech commercial or clinical manufacturing Quality Control experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing resources
  • Strong project management skills and experience supervising professionals in a Quality organization
  • Working knowledge of cGMP regulations, practices, and trends pertaining to Quality Control
