Bancassurance Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Bancassurance Specialist to spearhead sales through partner bank branches in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Bancassurance Specialist will develop and maintain robust relationships with partner bank branches to drive insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.
  • The specialist will train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, ensuring they meet their monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service standards is crucial, achieving high persistency of business while fostering a positive branch environment.
  • The Bancassurance Specialist will regularly conduct branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to ensure continuous business growth.
Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector is required.
  • Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
