Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Vodafone Idea Limited, an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone partnership, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business
  • Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement
  • Promoter Productivity: Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking
  • VISA adherence on attendance & training
  • Key SPO- KRO visit as per defined PJP
  • Carry out OJT

Requirements:

  • Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 2-5 years in telco/ FMCG/ Consumer Durables
  • Good communication skill in English and Bengali
