We are experiencing rapid growth with over 2 Crore+ registered clients, onboarding an average of 700K new clients every month. We aim to create personalized financial journeys for our clients using advanced technology like AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

The incumbent will own all initiatives to develop scale and technology, execute an aggressive roadmap, institute best engineering practices, and deliver innovative products. This role involves setting technical direction for the team, driving system architecture evolution, and making technology choices.
Key responsibilities include architecting cloud adoption strategies, having hands-on technology expertise, driving design, development, code reviews, and architectural discussions for new solutions, experimenting with new technologies, and being responsible for scalability, performance, and quality of products.
Requirements- A computer science or equivalent degree from a top college.
- 8+ years of experience in building distributed web, mobile, or analytics applications.
- 2+ years of experience managing or supervising teams of software engineers.
- Outstanding architecture and design expertise demonstrable through prior experience building complex software systems.
- World-class people, project, and engineering process management skills, including but not restricted to hiring, mentoring, planning, delivery management, process improvement, stakeholder management, risk management, etc.
- Hands-on comfort with coding, cloud, security, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability.
- Advanced understanding of business issues and ability to collaborate effectively with business colleagues.
- Knowledge, empathy, courage, and sense of ownership required to naturally establish yourself as a leader within a team of bright engineers and leaders.
