Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating and qualifying leads through industry networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure timely collections and payment of pending invoices.
- Negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively.
- Customer Engagement:
- Delivering product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase tooling capabilities and promote new and existing products through exhibitions, webinars, and client visits.
- Providing tailored tooling solutions to meet customer requirements and offering post-sales technical support and addressing performance-related queries.
- Technical Consultation:
- Liaising with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and customization of tooling solutions.
- Collaborating with logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pharma tooling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby regions.
