Job Title: Campaign Advocate

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead engagement campaigns, ensuring the integrity of software use worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster relationships with clients identified in compliance investigations, promoting valid licenses and driving sales.
Manage compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution, utilizing strong analytical skills and CRM expertise.
Analyze case data to inform CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions, contributing to campaign success.
Gather and qualify leads to support ongoing engagement efforts, identifying opportunities for growth.
Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements, refining our approach to meet business goals.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or similar persuasion-driven roles, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets in high-pressure environments, leveraging negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written skills, enabling effective outreach and relationship-building.
Familiarity with omni-channel outreach methods, including calls, email, and video conferencing.
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejection, maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
