The key responsibilities include:

Paving the way for innovation in product development and user experience.

Focusing on the quality of user experience, including impact, consistency, ease of use, and beauty of the final product.

Participating in product design discussions to ensure design meets user requirements.

Designing meaningful experiences across various channels and platforms.

Understanding how design fits into the development process for multiple products.

Proactively identifying and solving problems, improving personal skills, and assisting team members.

Presenting designs in a clear, confident, and logical manner.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product market analysis.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • < 1 year of experience in product designing/ UIUX.
  • A strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
  • An eye for detail and originality.
  • Ability to understand complex business goals and technical content.
  • Knowledge of front-end development and design tools.
  • Micro-interactions and UI animations experience is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
  • Previous internship/relevant experience in product design.
  • Relevant projects/portfolio to showcase design skills.
  • Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools.
