Now, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visuals that stand out, elevate brand storytelling, and push the boundaries of design across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, high-quality designs for campaigns, content, and brand collateral.
  • Work across digital (social media, websites, ads) and traditional (print, events, merchandise) mediums.
  • Collaborate with the brand, content, and growth teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh, innovative design approaches.
  • Interpret briefs into impactful visual concepts that align with strategic objectives.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure work remains cutting-edge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality, making designs both beautiful and effective.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity and cultural awareness.

Preferred Background:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency, production, or startup environments.
  • Experience working on brand campaigns and digital-first content.
  • Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.
