Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality project results on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
  • Experience working with standard project management tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide project updates to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 4+ years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Utilities products, including CX4U, CCB, and C2M.
  • Experience in full-cycle Oracle Utilities implementations or upgrades.
