Senior Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead the setup of practices within our Global Capability Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple end-to-end transitions, working closely with the Operational Leadership team to deliver strategic outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes. You will have a proven track record in leading and delivering multiple projects within organizational constraints.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, program management and change management. They will also have experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, to facilitate smooth transitions. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the transition process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks associated with transitions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct due diligence across service portfolio delivered internally as well as vendor managed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the transition are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, program management and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering multiple projects within organizational constraints.
