Leadership Opportunity

This position is a key role in driving innovation and transformation within our organization. As an Associate Director, you will oversee the development of comprehensive transformation roadmaps for clients across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-functional transformation initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive management, business owners, and process leads to drive milestones to realization.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop business cases and analyze impact across service lines.
  • Identify and integrate new technologies relevant to service lines.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/Process Re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Collaboration skills across organizational levels and internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
