Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Global Selling team in India. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our seller services and expanding our presence in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close agreements with third-party sellers to recruit them for Amazon's accelerator program.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions to sellers of all sizes, highlighting the benefits of Amazon's services.
  • Track and report performance using relevant metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
  • Identify and approach specific prospects/partners to establish long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Work closely with mid-level/senior executives at interested sellers to negotiate deals and facilitate on-boarding.
  • Recruit, select, and manage revenues for the category/channel of sellers.
  • Collaborate with industry bodies, manufacturers, and online sellers to negotiate terms of trade and drive business growth.
  • Plan investments in stocks and marketing to ensure seller success.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Desirable qualifications include experience with cross-border trade selling, e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media, as well as prior responsibility for strategic development, product management, or product marketing.
Location

This position is based out of Mumbai, India and will require travel. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Mumbai, MH, IND.
