Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of our High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs).

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating scheduling, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements, collaborating with Workforce Management on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast, monitoring HSTC utilization, and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand.

Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will manage accurate submission of invoices for HSTCs, verify exam volumes, facilitate timely payments, coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events, oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs, handle requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, and identify quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement.

As an ideal candidate, you possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a multi-cultured environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, excellent command of the English Language (Level C2), advanced computer literacy, and clear and effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
