Oracle Fusion Financials Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials Lead to drive implementations and provide expert guidance to clients.

This is a full lifecycle implementation role, encompassing the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering business requirements through close collaboration with clients.
  • Facilitating solutioning sessions to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Developing and recommending process improvements to optimize system performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation as a functional resource.
  2. 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  3. Demonstrated expertise in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
