Key Responsibilities:- Data Analytics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and customer data from POS systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on store performance, online orders, and key KPIs.
- Support decision-making by identifying sales trends, upselling opportunities, and cost inefficiencies.
- Automate reporting dashboards for real-time visibility.
- POS Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for all POS-related issues in stores.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with the POS vendor for resolution.
- Train store staff on POS usage, updates, and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and system uptime across multiple outlets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Mandatory: Experience in the QSR industry or multi-store retail operations.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and POS support.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
- Ability to explain data insights in simple terms to operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to support teams across multiple cities.
