Job Title:

Data Analyst - Healthcare Insights

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of predictive models and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare space.

About the Role:

  • Analyze large-scale claims and provider datasets to uncover insights and identify trends.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts for data extraction and transformation.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, methodologies, and data definitions for transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with healthcare claims and provider data.
  • Advanced SQL expertise (data manipulation, aggregation, performance tuning).
  • Strong Python skills with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
