Job Description:

At Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As a key member of our commercial real estate sector, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on presenting tailored commercial real estate solutions while understanding client requirements. Key activities include business development through cold calling, sharing property proposals, conducting site visits, negotiation, and closures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs effectively and requirements.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Negotiation: Negotiate deals and close transactions to meet sales goals.
• Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and leasing within the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
