Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our design efforts as a Creative Visionary. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

User Experience & Interface:

  • Conduct thorough UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability of our digital products.
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations of designs.

Branding & Consistency:

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs to maintain consistency and recognition.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity and expand global reach.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects that demonstrate expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing (a plus).

  • Delivery of high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines.
  • Improved user engagement, usability scores, and conversion rates.
