We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, maintaining and updating employee records and HR database, assisting in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, or freshers with strong internship experience may also apply.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
