About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to handle various administrative responsibilities, including procurement, inventory management, and safety compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Procurement: Assist in sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, maintaining vendor databases, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records at the facility.
  • Safety Compliance: Document workplace incidents, ensure proper documentation for audits, and report any issues.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Administration or HR.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a background in worker management or facility operations an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities.
