Key Performance Marketing Role

This strategic position leads our agency's performance marketing efforts across paid channels. The successful candidate will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, optimize, test, and scale end-to-end campaigns to exceed performance KPIs.
  • Client Management: Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot).
Essential Skills & Competencies:
  • Technical expertise: Deep platform knowledge, analytics skills, and campaign troubleshooting.
