Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop and execute impactful campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Identification and Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with relevant influencers and content creators to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Negotiation and Coordination: Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaborations with influencers and internal teams, fostering open communication and cooperation.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Regularly track, measure, and analyze influencer campaign performance to optimize ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Industry Research and Staying Updated: Stay abreast of the latest influencer trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and influencer marketing tools is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
