Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven performance marketing specialist with expertise in healthcare marketing to drive patient acquisition and brand visibility for healthcare services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance, and how to build trust-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Skills

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns (clinics, hospitals, doctors).
