In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of website content meets SEO, readability, conversion standards, and Google EEAT guidelines. As a Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert, you will analyze and edit website copy to provide valuable feedback, identify areas for improvement, and coach the team to deliver exceptional content.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in content management and/or quality assurance of website copy/content
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and content development best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience working with CMS/website builders such as WordPress and WIX
  • A Bachelor's degree in Literature or Mass Communication
