Role Overview:
Enthusiasts with a flair for storytelling are sought after to join our team as a Digital Content Specialist. This role requires individuals who possess a strong aesthetic sensibility, and an understanding of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly social media content strategies in line with brand objectives
- Design engaging visuals aligned with our aesthetic and voice
- Write crisp, elevated copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
- Monitor and analyse social performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
- Maintain upkeep of all social platforms including post scheduling, tagging, profile hygiene, and platform-specific requirements
- Benchmark against competitors and monitor industry trends
- Collaborate with various departments to collate requirements on a monthly basis to create calendars and campaigns reflective of cross-functional priorities.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in fashion or lifestyle industries
- Strong writing and copy-editing skills; keen eye for detail and tone
- Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and analytics tools
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and collaborative individual
